I Don't Do...

I've aged over the passing years. Everyone alive does... for the only alternative to aging is death and I'm not going to be desirous of that option for a long, long time... if ever.

Thanks to all that bygone time, I have learned... quite often the hard way... that there are some things that do not bear repeating. Ever. As the younger crowd puts it, "Been there. Done that. Never again. No thank you." Who says youth has no wisdom?

Those with an ounce of brains (or, for folks on the metric system, a gram of brains)... and a few years/pounds/kilos under their belts... have developed check-off lists of idiocy they will never try again. These essays are my list. I survived these misadventures once with my hide barely intact. I'm not going to tempt fate by trying them again.
